If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding myself and others. When I first read the book in 1985 I noticed it was already 35 years old, I thought, "why haven't I come across such a book as this till now?" The book will tell you why. Some people on this planet would prefer the majority population on earth don't know the knowledge in this book. Just reading the book, without even trying the technology in it, left me feeling calmer and more aware. Later I tried the technology in Dianetics. It is indescribable. You would have to try it yourself to know what I mean.
