First of all, the word Scientology means learning the truths about life in its full sense. I have been in Scientology since 1968. It has helped me with many situations in my life, all kinds of situations. It has given me truths of life that I have looked for my whole existence. Truths meaning, I could read it and get it and understand it, then apply it and watch it work out here in the world. It has also given me the ability to love and understand my husband no matter what faults he may have. Because in Scientology, you learn that those faults are not the person, they are separate from the person. For we are all basically good, not basically bad. And this becomes real to you the more books you read and the more courses you take in Scientology. Scientology is an applied religious philosophy. To give you an example. We have all been taught the earlier religions that we are to keep and hold true the Ten Commandments if we are to have happiness. And what I have found in Scientology is that this is what all peoples of the earth have been looking for in their own religions, but always felt that something was missing because they could not quite achieve the ability to keep those commandments.

     Now from my perspective, Scientology is an expansion of all religions. For example, one of the commandments says “Thou shalt not steal,” how does one really keep from stealing when he has such an intense compulsion to steal? He’s an habitual thief, and yet he doesn’t like the condition he is in. In Scientology one can apply the data and this person will never steal again, not even have the thought of it. This goes for all the other commandments, thou shalt not commit adultery, thou shalt not bear false witness, thou shalt not kill, thou shalt honor thy mother and father, etc.

     Scientology is truly the way out of the trap that we are now experiencing here on Earth. The things that come up in life that give us uncertainties and misgivings can be and is minute by minute every day being handled in Scientology. My own personal life would not be what it is today if it weren’t for Scientology.
