ello, my name is Astrid Miller, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I train staff at Sterling Management Systems, which is a management consulting company that utilizes administrative technology developed by L. Ron Hubbard. I have a daughter who's an actress and a singer. I was introduced to Scientology back in 1968 by a friend. This friend was very extroverted and had a pretty easy time communicating to people - qualities I wanted and lacked. At the time I was also very concerend about social and political conditions on this planet. I was looking for something effective I could do to improve them. The 1st time I went to a Scientology Organization I heard a tape by L. Ron Hubbard in which he expressed similar concepts to mine and also expressed an urgency to do something about these concepts which I found very real and refreshing.

     I joined staff at the Church of Scientology in San Francisco in Febuary 1970, as a training supervison. I felt I had found a proposition where I could make a difference.
