If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding myself!
Since I had studied to be a Dianetics counselor, and had many friends who had done the same, I found one to work with me on a cooperative arrangement.
I counseled her, and she counseled me. We went back and forth for many hundreds of hours and BOTH of us had such dramatic realizations that we both changed very greatly.
