If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Evolution of a Science.
This book really helpd me with understanding how L. Ron Hubbard developed Dianetics. In this book he not only talks about his successes, but also about the things that he tried that did not work and why. It also told me a lot about L. Ron Hubbard himself and what motivated him. He was searching for answers just as most of us are. He had the determination to not only find answers, but to make sure all of us could benefit from them.
