I have taken some classes in Scientology and from these courses I have learned information that is easy to understand and to apply to life. Sometimes I feel depressed by ideas in my mind and what I do is very simply get out of that depression; I just come to the conclusion that those thoughts that cause the depression are only thoughts - nothing more - and that I create these thoughts that cause worry. And I realized that those thoughts are not happening, that they are only an illusion that I am looking at in my mind and that moment I come to present time and I put my feet on earth and I continue with my happy life.
