This book has helped me in many ways. It has helped me guide my actions and my life in such a way that I create a maximum of positive effects and a minimum of negative effects. It has also helped me with my integrity. Before reading The Way to Happiness I was unsure of myself. I could be easily persuaded away from what I knew was true, and others’ opinions held strong sways over me. The integrity section enabled me to see that I could be stable in what I knew and held true. After reading the integrity section, I could accept others’ opinions but not have them influence my own opinions. This made me much more stable as a person and has aided my survival.
