This book really helped me with achieving goals that I set for myself. I consider the chapter on the formulas of existence to be a road map for life. These are simply states of existence, and the formulas are merely the steps one must take to improve that state. I used to flail around a lot without making much progress toward my goals in business and in life. Now I'm better able to identify what is important and accomplish the targets I wish to achieve. In addition, the chapters on social and anti-social personalities have helped me quite a bit in selecting the people with whom I want to associate. It's amazing how much simpler and easier life is when one frees himself of those who are working against him!
