If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with gaining an understanding of why man behaves as he does, and gave me the knowledge that we have other answers to the trials and tribulations of life than have previously been in use.
