Scientology has improved my life in so many ways it is difficult to chose just what to write about. It is not always easy to express it in words. It seems that the most significant changes have resulted from the most basic of Scientology principles.
For example, I have always had trouble with the concept of ethics. I have never been able to find a workable definition of the word. The concept of ethics always seemed to be based on the standards and ideals of some one or some group and was never universal - it seemed to be different one group to the next.
Among other things this is what L. Ron Hubbard has to say about ethics: rationality toward the highest level of survival for the individual, the future race, the group and mankind.
Using this definition of the word has helped me to evaluate my actions in everyday life and, I believe, to make me a better person. I know for sure it has made me happier.
