If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read The Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with handling any problems I was having at work in different areas e.g. I was in a very monotonous job and it gave me the tech to make that job more interesting. I just got more enthusiastic about it.
This book is so easy to read. I would read a chapter and straight-away apply it and it would work and then there was no longer a problem. It just handled it.
