If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read The Way to Happiness.
This book really helped me whenever I felt down about something, when I thought times were almost too tough to bear, I'd read #21 Flourish and Prosper.
