If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: A New Slant on Life.
This book really helped me with looking at life and it laid things out for me in black and white. It validated for me that I was a good person and my morals were good.
